Tortosa museum interactive
A multitouch map to discover and learn about landscapes, historical and artistic heritage in the city of Tortosa.
Tortosa is located near the mouth of the river Ebro and the first thing to attract attention is the Arab castle of La Suda, perched on a hill.
The city preserves significant examples of medieval, Renaissance, baroque and modernist architecture. It has been declared to be Historic-Artistic Heritage and some of its buildings, such as the castle of La Suda, are National Monuments.
The project consisted of the design and concept for a new interactive multi-touch map for the tourist office of the city of Tortosa's museum (Catalonia).
Visitors can use an interactive map of Tortosa, showing all the most important tourist and historical spaces, allowing them to explore and learn about the culture, nature and historical places of the city and the region.
The graphic design of the interface, all the graphic elements of the interactive, the concept to display the information and usability: Toni Melián.
